Sizzler is a chain of family restaurants here in Australia. Users were getting lost and it was determined that too much effort was required to reach key content.
From existing research we knew who the customer was, what kind of device they were using, and what time they tended to access the site.
Joining the data dots allowed me to generate ad hoc personas, map the personas to scenarios, and build out wireframes for what would be the new site.
The result? Sizzler had their best ever performing digital campaign.
